Blackhurst Budd Solicitors are pleased to announce that Iain Blundell has qualified as a Solicitor after completing his training contract with the Firm.

Iain joins the Dispute Resolution department, covering a wide-range of employment law matters, personal injury claims, landlord/tenant disputes and other contractual matters.  He is able to offer free initial consultations and, in suitable cases, can work under a no-win-no-fee arrangement or on an agreed fixed fee basis.  He also assists in Fire Safety prosecutions, acting on behalf of a number of Local Authorities and Fire Services across the country.

Iain, who lives in Preston with his wife and young daughter, studied at the University of Central Lancashire before commencing his legal career at a large firm in Preston.  Previously a Graduate Member of the Institute of Legal Executives, Iain also has experience in the full range of Family Law matters.  During his training with the Firm, he also gained valuable experience in residential conveyancing, dealing with both freehold and leasehold property.
