Blackhurst Budd achieved Lexcel accreditation in August 2010.
The Law Society award is only given to Solicitors who meet the highest standards in customer care, as well as case and risk management.
The accreditation came during a successful 12 months for the law firm with Warren Spencer, Managing Director of Blackhurst Budd, being one of just six legal professionals to be shortlisted for the Law Society's prestigious "Solicitor of the Year Award, Private Practice".
