We now offer a fixed fee divorce for £600.00 plus VAT for sole application or joint applications (where we act for one party only) with a Court fee of £593.00. For respondent divorce we charge a fixed fee of £300 plus VAT with no Court fee.

Unfortunately, not all marriages, civil partnerships or relationships are a success. At Blackhurst Budd we appreciate that family law disputes are often very upsetting and pride ourselves on being able to provide practical guidance and support in a sensitive and confidential manner, alongside the focused legal advice that you would expect. 

We believe in negotiation and mediation where possible and are able to seek early resolutions to disputes saving you time, money and upset.  However, when negotiation is not possible, we are experienced and efficient in pursuing the matter through the Courts.
