Blackpool Solicitors Blackhurst Budd has appointed Faye Harper as a new director.
Faye, who joined the company in 2009 and with her fellow director John Taylor leads the residential conveyancing department, has more than a decade of experience in the property law sector.
Her appointment as director comes as Blackhurst Budd has undergone major expansion at its Edward Street offices over the past two years.
Faye said: “I am very proud to be appointed director at Blackhurst Budd, a company which is growing all the time as our client base increases. We have done this through the high quality of the services we offer and a dedicated team of staff who look after their clients.”
Faye, 37, a former pupil at Blackpool’s Arnold School, qualified as a solicitor in 2004 after studying at the University of Central Lancashire.
She joined Blackhurst Budd following the merger of four firms, previously working at Coope Purvis and Taylor. She joins Warren Spencer, David Aird, John Taylor, Ian Bentley and Richard Sloman as directors at Blackhurst Budd. Faye added: “I am very grateful to be part of such a wonderful team of directors at such an exciting time and I hope to bring lots of new ideas to the table.
“The growth of the team now reinforces our position on the Fylde coast for Residential Conveyancing. We have built a very young and enthusiastic team within the department by recruiting and additional five members of staff over the last 12 months.”
Blackhurst Budd managing director Warren Spencer said: “We are delighted to announce Faye as a director at Blackhurst Budd. Her leadership and commitment to not only the business, but in making sure our clients get an unrivalled level of service, has been first class.”
