Tara Collins
Chartered Legal Executive (CILex 70178) and MSc Criminal Justice
Tara began working in conveyancing in 1988, when Land Registration started off in the North West, making her an expert in unregistered properties. She qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2007 with her final subject choices of Contract Law, Criminal Law, Land Law and Conveyancing Practice.
She has carried out the role of a fee earner in Residential Conveyancing since 1999 and undertakes all types of transactions including New Build, Help to Buy, Shared Ownership, Adverse Possession, Reconstituting of Title and Equity Release lifetime mortgages. She also undertakes her duties as a Commissioner for Oaths.
Tara has also graduated from UCLan in December 2022 with a Masters in Criminal Justice showing that she is still able and willing to learn new things.
Outside of work Tara looks after her 2 cats, enjoys travelling and attends European football matches.
